NEW MANAGEMENT

Dear Customers, Principals and Colleagues

This is to inform you about organizational changes in Finland.
Mr. Niklas Strömberg, present managing Director of Transocean Oy Ab, will after 37 years in shipping, go on early retirement as from 1.4.2012.
He joined USS-group in 2004 as MD for Dasena Agencies Ltd Oy and became MD also for Transocean Oy Ab in 2006. From 2011 he became head of the companies Aseco Finland Ltd Oy and Seamaster Shipping Oy

Niklas will still hold his position as member of the Board of Directors giving the possibility to assist as supervisor in various matters.

The new Head of the companies will be Mr. Mikko Paavilainen who joined Transocean Oy Ab in 2007 as sales manager.
Mikko has a long experience in shipping and forwarding, and with that experience we are convinced of his personal and professional skills
to run the companies successfully.
